BrainIQ Health ships orders primarily through priority USPS, anywhere in the United States and U.S Territories. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

We ship BrainIQ, Weight Management and Hemp CBD (zero thc) to all 50 states using USPS, including PO Boxes.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays. USPS Priority Mail also only delivers on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
